OWA employs a separately managed account structure. As an RIA, OWA has traditionally focused on affluent individuals and institutions. Often these individuals have unique requirements given their varying personal circumstances. Separately managed accounts allow OWA the flexibility to service clients with varying needs and with fewer complications and greater transparency. In our view, the SMA structure is optimal for serving both individual and institutional clients.
